Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, therefore, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise to Potato Ears for a refund within 30 days of receipt. All return items must be in their original condition. Clothing must be un-worn with tags still attached. Toys must be unopened in their original packaging. Please contact customerservice@potatoears.com for more information on returns.

If you received your order during one of our free shipping offers, and if removing the returned product from your original order places your total below the free shipping amount, we will subtract our normal shipping fees from the refunded amount. Our normal shipping fees are outlined in our shipping policy.

All exchanges will be charged shipping fees, regardless of the total cost of item's purchased.

Unfortunately, it does happen when someone may misunderstand our return policy and send back a gently 'used' item. Should this happen we will be unable to ship the item back to you at our cost. We will be happy to send it back C.O.D. For this reason, if you have any question about our policy please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@potatoears.com.

Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. If a shipment from the manufacturer is required then the item is usually shipped within 1-3 business days. We provide ground (5-7 business days from shipment to delivery) and express (2-3 business days from shipment to delivery) shipping options. All merchandise orders from single vendors usually ship in one box and arrive at your home at the same time. Orders from multiple vendors will ship in multiple boxes and will arrive at separate times. At this time we only ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. states. In cases of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico an additional $10 delivery surcharge is applied.

Online Privacy
On the Potato Ears order form, it is necessary for you to provide contact information such as your name, shipping address and financial information, such as credit card number. The information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing an order this contact information is used to reach you.

The email address you provide to us when ordering is used for order confirmation, as well as, follow up to make certain you are satisfied with your purchase. We periodically send out discount coupons to existing customers via email.
