Shipping Policy

We strive to process orders on the day they arrive, however it can take up to 3 days to process orders. Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped Standard Delivery. Delivery charges are automatically applied to each order and are based on the total price of items in your order. Rates for deliveries in the U.S. are set according to the following chart.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please note that some items are marked as "oversized" and will require extra shipping.

The email address you provide to us when ordering is used for order confirmation, as well as, follow up to make certain you are satisfied with your purchase.

Express and Overnight orders must be received before 11:00 AM (EST), Monday through Friday. In addition, in order to ship the same day, they must have the same billing and shipping address. Orders received after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following business day. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Standard Delivery:
Orders will be shipped to arrive within 7-10 business days.

For Express orders:
Add $10.00 in addition to the standard delivery charge. Express orders will arrive within 3-4 business days.

For Overnight orders:
Add $15.00 in addition to the standard delivery charge.

Please note: On Express and Overnight orders, backordered items will be sent Standard Delivery (not Express or Overnight).

Orders shipped to AK, HI, and PR are shipped priority mail and are subject to an additional $12 surcharge. These orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
